1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Fenciwin platform, including the website at fenciwin.com, the Fenciwin mobile application, and all associated services ("the Platform"). Fenciwin is an online gaming and sports betting platform operated for players in Bangladesh.

These Terms apply to all users of the Fenciwin platform, including registered members and visitors. By accessing the Platform in any capacity, you agree to be bound by these Terms. 2 Eligibility

To register and use the Fenciwin platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion agreement with Fenciwin or any other gaming platform.

• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

Fenciwin reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any point. If you cannot provide satisfactory documentation, your account may be suspended until verification is complete. Any winnings accumulated during an unverified period may be withheld pending verification.

3 Account Registration

To access the full features of the Fenciwin platform, you must create a registered account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one Fenciwin account. If you already have a registered account, you must not create a new one. Duplicate accounts — regardless of the reason for their creation — will be closed and any associated balances or bonuses voided.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. Fenciwin will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure. • Log out of your account after each session on a shared device.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the Fenciwin platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Fenciwin supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. You must use a payment account that is registered in your own name. Fenciwin does not accept payments from third-party accounts.

Deposits are credited to your Fenciwin balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed in the cashier section of your account and may be updated from time to time. Fenciwin does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. Fenciwin aims to process all withdrawal requests within five minutes of approval. 5 Bonuses and Promotions

Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and cannot be withdrawn directly. To convert bonus funds into withdrawable cash, you must complete the wagering requirement associated with the bonus. The wagering requirement specifies how many times the bonus amount (or the bonus plus deposit amount, depending on the promotion) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made.

• Each player is entitled to claim each promotion once unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses cannot be combined unless explicitly permitted in the promotion terms.

6 Betting Rules

All bets placed on the Fenciwin platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the game or event being wagered on. These rules are available within each game or betting market. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules.

Bets are final once confirmed. Fenciwin does not accept requests to cancel or modify a bet after it has been placed and confirmed, except in circumstances where a technical error has occurred on the platform side. In the event of a technical error, Fenciwin reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the relevant accounts.

• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and markets and are displayed before placing a bet.
• Fenciwin reserves the right to limit the maximum winnings payable on any single bet or combination of bets.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a game or event, Fenciwin's decision is final.
• Bets placed after the official start time of a sporting event will be voided unless in-play betting is explicitly offered for that market.
• Fenciwin is not responsible for bets placed based on incorrect or outdated odds displayed due to a technical error.

7 Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

Fenciwin reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.
• At the request of the account holder.
• As required by applicable law or regulatory obligation.

If your account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited. If your account is closed for any other reason, any verified balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

You may request the closure of your own Fenciwin account at any time by contacting our support team. If you are closing your account for responsible gaming reasons, please inform our support team so that appropriate measures can be applied.

9 Privacy and Data
